Ive never had a problem, great, efficient service, and I LOVE the deals!

Items keep on disappearing from my shopping cart when making a big purchase, I also cannot add any of my credit cards to use but I was at least able to pay using PayPal

Did nothing to resolve multiple instances of shipping issues and took no accountability for issues with logistics. Does not offer home products for canard not worth your time

I live in Canada and was worried about duty and such on top of the $11 shipping and 10% order total charge. This extra charge covers the duty. So the goods ship to their internal Canada warehouse and then re-ships out to your address. It does take approximately 3-4 weeks. Smaller purchases do not make sense as it is a flat $10.95 for shipping plus that extra 10% for border control. You do find items that are not in the brands permanent collections and also never sold in Canada in the first place.
